Classes are suitable for all levels and are designed with an in-depth knowledge of anatomy and movement to help your employees with their aches, pains, energy and stress levels on the day.

In the workplace, mindfulness can lead to a number of positive outcomes, including, increased productivity and efficiency, reduced stress and anxiety, improved communication and collaboration, enhanced creativity and innovation, increased employee satisfaction and engagement. 

Mindfulness has been shown to have a number of benefits for both physical and mental health helping to improve sleep quality and boosting cognitive function, including attention, focus, and memory.
