Yoga Flow

This class is designed to help you connect with your mind and body in an intuitive way. We will focus on moving with our breath, and on bringing awareness to our sensations. These classes include pranayama (breathing techniques) mindfulness and meditation to cultivate inner peace and tranquility, and a flowing sequence of postures that will challenge your body in a mindful way.

  • This class is appropriate for all levels of experience, including beginners.

Slow Flow/Yin

A Journey of Deep Release

Embrace stillness and surrender to the transformative power of yin yoga, a practice designed to target the deep connective tissues, fascia, and meridians of the body. Slow Flow and Yin yoga invites you to slow down, soften, and cultivate a deep sense of inner peace. Poses are held for up to five minutes, allowing time for deep release and tissue transformation. This in turn improves flexibility and circulation as well as the ability to find a place of stillness within.

These are a wonderful complement to strenuous exercise such as running or cycling or for those recovering from injury. Yin yoga is also great for anyone who wants to increase their range of movement or find some time to unwind and treat the body and soul. Slow Flow/Yin yoga promotes deep relaxation, enhances flexibility, improves circulation and lymphatic flow, stimulates the flow of chi or prana, enhancing overall well-being and balances the nervous system.
